Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Greater Birmingham Area (hybrid)Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday to FridaySalary: up to £30,000 p/annum depending on experienceOur industry-leading client is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their multinational team!In this role, you’ll be assisting customers with any queries and advising them regarding any issues and complaints. As the French Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will:
  • Act as the primary liaison for French speaking partners and clients, overseeing communications, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operational support from first contact to ongoing collaboration.
  • Guide customers in French territories through the complete onboarding journey, offering tailored assistance and expertise at each phase.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer-related tasks across borders, contributing to both French and broader international support functions when needed.
