- Take charge of the kitchen for on-site events, leading the team to deliver high-quality dishes that delight our clients and their guests.
- Run the events on your own supporting other with in the bigger business.
- Collaborate directly with clients to tailor menus, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
- Support the company's executive chef in managing culinary operations across other venues in the city when no events are scheduled at your primary location.
- Work confidently both independently and as a team leader, maintaining high standards and a positive work environment.
- A confident and outgoing sous chef with current experience in events catering.
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, work independently, and lead a team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- A creative, client-focused approach to menu development and delivery.
- Flexibility to work primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings depending on event schedules.
