As part of a well-established national healthcare team, you'll manage high-value, complex clinical negligence claims, primarily defending NHS Trusts. - Handling a diverse caseload of defendant healthcare matters, with a focus on NHS Resolution claims.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues across the UK to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the Newcastle team through leadership and innovation.
- At least 2 years of defendant healthcare experience, ideally with NHS Resolution cases.
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of clinical negligence law.

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- The flexibility to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
