- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Design Coordination: Ensure seamless integration between design and construction teams.
- Programme Development: Establish realistic timelines for project execution.
- Strong experience in pre-construction management within the fit-out and refurbishment sector.
- Excellent knowledge of tender processes, procurement strategies, and value engineering.
- Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
