Location : VW Sheffield, UK Role overviewWeekend Digital Enquiry ExecutiveJob summary:As a Digital Enquiry Executive based at our Volkswagen dealership in Sheffield, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, answering and managing all forms of sales enquiries via telephone, email and live chat to then convert these enquiries through to appointments and sales to be further managed by the retail sales teams.It is our ambition to make JCT600 the best place to work.   • Creating outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by JCT600 Ltd by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers.
  • Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and successfully convert these into firm bookings.
  • Maximising service and sales profitability by up selling incremental products.
  • Recording vehicle and customer information accurately, referring to service histories and effectively follow-up and prospecting customers to secure repeat and incremental business.
  • Supporting the market area in ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with franchise contract arrangements
Qualifications:
  • A customer centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other staff members, and to record all such interaction accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills in all forms such as email, telephone and ‘Live Chat’ facilities
  • The ability to calm and manage customers in an effective manner.
  • Ability to sell incremental products and assess further sales opportunities.
  • Competency in numeracy and literacy.
  • Impeccable standards of personal presentation.
