- Manage loan cases under ยฃ200,000 from inception to closure
- Handle customer contact, Conditions Subsequent, extensions, in-life requests, and redemptions
- Maintain and update STL systems and master spreadsheets
- Create and issue Welcome Letters and manage case setup
- Conduct BIQ and Companies House checks
- Support Portfolio Managers with customer administration
- Contribute to team and bank-wide projects as required

- Experience in customer account servicing, ideally within bridging finance or financial services
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
