- Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs across Key Stages 1 to 4
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to develop self-regulation, confidence, and coping strategies
- Implementing behaviour plans, intervention programmes, and restorative approaches
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to ensure holistic support
- Have experience working with children or young people in an educational or pastoral setting
- Be passionate about inclusion, mental health, and student wellbeing
- Demonstrate excellent communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills
- Be confident using behaviour management strategies and supportive interventions
- Be patient, empathetic, and ready to go the extra mile
- Embrace a growth mindset and value ongoing training and development
