Nursery Assistant Required in Cardiff

• Assist in the day-to-day care and supervision of children
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children to learn and play.

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
• Engage children in creative and developmental play.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for children at all times.
• Monitor and address the individual needs of each child, including health and dietary requirements.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and daily activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in care and education.

• Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
• Basic understanding of child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
