About the FirmOur client has instructed us on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join their Liverpool office.They are looking for a dynamic individual who is wanting to progress their career onto the next stage within an award-winning and well recognised team of professionals.About the RoleWithin this Commercial Litigation Partner role, you will be working on your own caseload of matters, including:
  • Shareholders actions
  • Partnership disputes
  • Breach of contracts and warranties
  • Professional negligence
  • Commercial contract disputes
  • NDAs
  • Licensing agreements
