Supervising Associate - Contract Disputes | Hybrid | High-Growth Litigation Team | Real ProgressionThis is a chance to step into a senior role within one of the Southwest's fastest-growing litigation teams. The firm has a turnover of more than £30 million and the litigation department alone generates over £5 million annually, with contract disputes at the heart of that success. Growth has been consistent year-on-year, meaning real stability and opportunity for progression.This role blends technical supervision with a limited caseload, giving you both leadership experience and hands-on practice. You'll oversee a small sub-team, mentor junior colleagues, and occasionally run around ten cases of your own across consumer and commercial contract disputes. Most matters are Small Claims and Fast Track, with some Intermediate Track cases providing variety. This balance means you stay close to the law while gaining the management experience needed to move up.You'll be based in central Bristol, with hybrid working built in. Two days a week in the office is the norm, and while full-time is ideal, part-time options are very much on the table (4 day week).You'll be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in Contract Law and Civil Procedure, particularly Fast Track litigation. Supervisory or mentoring experience is important, but more than that, the firm values people who can communicate complex issues clearly, support colleagues, and bring a commercially-aware, customer-focused approach.What sets this opportunity apart is the culture and career development.
