- Support the delivery of high-quality Carpentry and Joinery programmes.
- Prepare, set up, and maintain workshop tools, equipment, and resources.
- Assist lecturers in delivering practical demonstrations and assessments.
- Monitor student activity in workshops, ensuring safe and effective working practices.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding standards at all times.
- A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (Level 3 preferred).
- Strong industry experience within Carpentry and Construction.
- Experience supporting teaching, training, or mentoring in a workshop environment.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
