- Driving new business by promoting logistics and shipping services to SME clients
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and events
- Delivering software demos and creating tailored solutions for prospects
- Negotiating contracts and onboarding new clients
- Supporting clients through the first 12 weeks of service to ensure a smooth start
- Analysing sales data and customer trends to inform strategy
- Attending client meetings, site visits, and regional networking events
- B2B sales experience within logistics, freight, shipping, or courier sectors
- Full UK driver’s license (essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of hitting targets
- CRM proficiency and confidence using digital tools
- £35,000 basic salary + uncapped commission – realistic OTE £70K+
