This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with children who need more than just teaching—they need trust, care, and someone by their side who genuinely believes they can succeed.Many of the young people we work with have faced challenges that most adults will never experience. Some may struggle in mainstream education, others may simply need someone who listens, who doesn’t give up, and who helps them navigate life as well as learning.This role is all about building that one-to-one connection. You’ll be the steady hand, the trusted adult, the person who helps a child find their way back into learning, back into friendships, and back into believing in themselves.As a Behaviour Learning Support Assistant, you will:Work one-to-one with children who need extra behavioural or emotional supportHelp young people develop resilience, confidence, and trust in themselvesSupport pupils both inside and outside of the classroom, guiding them through challenges as they ariseCollaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to shape individual support plansModel kindness, patience, and empathy every dayWe’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference—not someone who wants to tick a box on their CV, but someone who’s ready to build relationships that really change lives.
