Job Role:we are looking for experienced Chef De Partie to work at some of our iconic sites in and around London.Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the role and have your own knives and chef whites.Must be able to work a 5 day week 0700-1530 or 0700-1600 (Monday to Friday) around 40 hours per week.Main Chef Responsibilities- Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.- Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.- Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.- Be punctual and committed.Skills / QualificationsSome of these venues may be within the Banking scene and this will require an enhance DBS, please make the recruiter aware if you already hold one.
