We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at The Old Elms in Retford, Nottinghamshire.We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings.
