- Managing and executing B2C marketing initiatives and activations from conception to delivery, delivering against the overall marketing strategy, brand vision and goals
- Researching and onboarding new agencies and partners
- Staying deeply immersed in cultural movements and emerging marketing trends, conducting ongoing research to fuel bold, disruptive ideas that spark conversation and elevate brand visibility through initiatives such as partnerships, events, and collaborations
- Managing agency activity from briefing through to sign-off and implementation of plans.
- Actively managing internal planning by creating and managing the seasonal brand marketing calendar, ensuring effective collaboration with other marketing channel teams, ensuring alignment with product launches and the trade calendar.
- Developing and updating the brand marketing calendar, ensuring key dates aligns across the business, updating and communicating any changes as necessary
- Creating and managing briefs to the creative team, ensuring business goals and consumer insights are at the core of all activity
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to ensure brand marketing content is connected and fit for purpose
- Staying connected to the company’s sustainability goals and championing these
- Working closely with the social media and Influencer team throughout the season to ensure consistency across all channels and support all elements of our ambassador programme
- Manging the day to day relationship with the PR agency—managing samples, press days and the seasonal briefing process
- Briefing and reviewing press releases in collaboration with the copy team and PR agency
- Exploring press interview opportunities for key spokespeople to drive PR coverage
- Reporting on all brand marketing activity versus KPIs and presenting learnings back to the wider business
- Managing the brand marketing budget in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager.
- Proven track record as Brand Marketing Manager,
- Digital first thinking, with standout experience with influencer and social marketing
- Ability to develop and execute disruptive marketing plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creativity, with the ability to consistently align to the brand.
- The ability to work practically as well as theoretically
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic evolving environment
- Experience working in the fashion industry desirable
- A self-starter, highly motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Efficient in Power Point and excel
- Excellent written communication skills
- A salary of £47,000 - £52,000 DOE
- 33 days holiday rising to 35 with length of service inclusive of bank holiday
