- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with The Fellows brand values and business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and enhance market share.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to increase brand visibility and attract target audiences.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and event management, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Establish and maintain a strong online presence, utilising social media and other digital platforms to engage with guests and build brand loyalty.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing performance, initiatives, and market trends.
- Manage social media accounts, online presence, and review sites to engage with guests and enhance the hotel's online reputation.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize room revenue.
- Lead and develop Sales Marketing team by proactively coaching and mentoring team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotels.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with the Fellows brand and a commitment to upholding its values.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
