The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel sales and marketing, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and effective leadership skills. You will possess the ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and play a key role in promoting and enhancing the Fellows brand.   • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with The Fellows brand values and business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and enhance market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to increase brand visibility and attract target audiences.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and event management, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish and maintain a strong online presence, utilising social media and other digital platforms to engage with guests and build brand loyalty.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing performance, initiatives, and market trends.
  • Manage social media accounts, online presence, and review sites to engage with guests and enhance the hotel's online reputation.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize room revenue.
  • Lead and develop Sales Marketing team by proactively coaching and mentoring team members.
Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotels.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with the Fellows brand and a commitment to upholding its values.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
