- Death in Service - 2 times final salary - following one years' service at next subsequent renewal.
- Create detailed MEP technical drawings and plans using software such as Revit & AutoCAD
- Have an understanding of building engineering services & associated installation methods
- An ability to understand schematic drawings and create coordinated designs from them
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in coordination
- Collaborate with the wider design team to provide design improvements
- Be proficient in the use of Navisworks
- A minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience of operating MEP design/coordination/modelling in REVIT.
- Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a dedicated team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- High attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving.
- Energetic, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to use your initiative and be decisive.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate a positive, pro-active can-do attitude.
