Your role will be to support the dispatch of finished goods to our customers, ensuring that all procedures and control measures are followed to meet customer satisfaction and product order requirements.Job Responsibilities
- Follow company processes & procedures.
- Pro-actively monitor & resolve errors/issues generated with 3P Logistics partners.
- Oversee purchase order creation/management for 3P partners.
- Oversee finished goods stock accuracy performance of 3P partners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with finance colleagues to resolve financial concerns/disputes.
- Support cost reduction and/or process/service improvements.
- Experience of providing a customer focused logistics service.
- Experience of supply partner contracts management.
- High competence with systems, MS Office and SAP.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Committed to a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
- Proficient in inventory accuracy principles, including annual counts.
- Proficient knowledge of purchase order management & accounts payable.
- Proficient knowledge of CRM & complaints trend resolution.
