- Collaborating with the growth team and CTO to make sure alignment with the technology roadmap.
- Leading market-facing initiatives, from presales to client management, and contributing to bid development.
- Balancing delivery, growth focus, and people management responsibilities within the unit.
- People management and leadership skills
