Seven Social Care are currently looking for a HR Manager to work within Portsmouth City Council. The HR service provides a full range of HR and Organisational Development functions to the council's employees and a range of external clients. As a service we take pride in our work by valuing others, focusing on what's important and making a real and positive difference.Some key information is highlighted below:Rate: This role is paying £26 via an umbrella company.Hours: This role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.Contract Length: 6months +Location: Civic Offices, PO1 2ALEssential Skills: That you have a clear understanding of the HR Manager role and the importance of relationship building / management and the potential to develop these skills at the highest level. An understanding of the principles of change management and how these can be applied to achieve successful outcomes, with evidence of having done so at an operational level.
