Set up and operate die-cutting machinery (Bobst, Iberica, or equivalent)
Read and interpret job specifications, layout drawings, and work orders
Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
Monitor quality throughout the production run, ensuring precision and consistency
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Ensure all work complies with health and safety and company standards
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Die Cutting Operator within the print or packaging industry
Familiarity with automatic platen machines (e.g. Bobst, Iberica, Heidelberg)
A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
