
Sales Administrator

- Develop strong working relationships and complete administrative tasks for internal stakeholders e.g. completion of bid documents from internal stakeholders such as IT, Compliance & HR.
- Assistance with bid management, tender submissions and all additional legal documentation received by the sales team.
- Support in the development and roll out of crown instant, online shop for small clients.
- Assist the sales team through the creation of client proposal templates.
- Work alongside the client on-boarding team to ensure that every new client receives the same experience and messaging.
- Assisting with B2B marketing campaigns through existing and new marketing channels.
- Support for internal and external events, including coordination of diaries, attendees, equipment, promotional items, transport, and accommodation.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external key stakeholders
- Assistance with the day to day management of our CRM system, Dynamics.
- Providing administrational support to the BDM's and Account Managers to drive sales.
- Assistance with key implementation programmes to drive sales growth (e.g. QWILR)
- Analytical, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a potentially rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Understand the importance of sales strategies.
- Understanding the importance of sales performance.
- Ability to learn IT systems quickly.
- 1-2 years administration experience
- GCSE passes in Maths & English
