- Proactively manage day-to-day supplier relationships, including CRM and system communication, call scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Streamline supplier onboarding and collaboration through established processes and tools.
- Enhance supplier engagement and communication via insightful reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify new revenue generation and quality enhancement opportunities.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and resource utilization.
- Become a super user of the e-halo platform and actively promote its benefits.
- Utilize analytical tools to interpret data and present clear findings.
- Provide ongoing training and support to suppliers on the e-halo platform.
- Collaborate with Data Assurance for data accuracy.
- Proactively address supplier pain points with actionable solutions and recommendations.
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback.
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate potential improvements for process updates.
- Mentor and guide Supplier Success Coordinators in their roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Administer project files and folders in line with storage processes.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the Packaging/Retail industry.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with Technology Systems (PLM’s).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies in technology.
