The Head of Supported Housing will lead and manage supported housing services, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with industry standards. This role is based in York and focuses on driving operational and strategic excellence
  • Oversee the management and delivery of supported housing services, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness of housing services.
  • Lead and support a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure sustainability and value for money.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including service users and external partners.
  • Monitor service performance and address any issues to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within all housing operations.
  • Contribute to organisational objectives by aligning supported housing services with broader goals.

  • Proven experience in managing supported housing or similar services within the Housing sector.
  • A strong understanding of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality housing services with a focus on community impact.
