- Confident and proactive, able to work on own initiative with support from HRBP team
- Strong communication skills via Teams/telephone, face to face and written format
- Attention to detail especially when working with large amounts of data/capturing and scribing meeting notes
- Interest in HR & Recruitment /willingness to learn
- Knowledge of O365/Teams/Word/Excel
- Good level of communication, written English and drafting skills
- Maths/English GCSEs
