What will you be doing?Working closely with colleagues across the organisation—and with support from the Head of Communications and Engagement and the wider team—you’ll help deliver clear, effective communications and build strong relationships with our patients, the communities we serve, and key partners from across the healthcare system. You will have a lead role in telling the story of our organisation, our mission, and our people, through a range of internal and external channels. You’ll evelop and support events, campaigns and projects. This is a role in which you can expect plenty of variety and opportunity to draw on a range of skills and experience.Some of the things you can expect to be doing include:
  • Working with our national team of operational and clinical leaders to maximize the performance and reputation of our services
  • Providing insight and interventions to improve the efficiency and experience of the ‘patient journey’ for people accessing our clinical services
  • Nurturing positive working relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders including NHS ICBs, Primary Care organisations, local authorities, VCSE groups, health scrutiny bodies, local and regional media outlets, as well as patient and resident groups
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Providing communications, engagement and marketing expertise to new internal projects and service development initiatives
