- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of the school budget, including financial planning, reporting, and monitoring. You'll be responsible for procurement, contracts, and ensuring value for money in all school expenditures.
- Human Resources: Lead HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and staff welfare. You'll ensure compliance with all employment legislation and maintain the Single Central Record.
- Facilities and Premises: Manage the school's site and buildings, overseeing maintenance, health and safety, and any new building projects. This includes managing external contractors and ensuring the school is a safe and welcoming environment.
- Administration: Supervise the school's administrative team, ensuring efficient systems and processes for data management, communications, and statutory returns to the DfE and Local Authority.

- Proven experience in a senior or middle management position.
- Strong knowledge and experience of budget management and financial procedures.
- Experience with human resources and personnel management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of proficiency in IT, particularly with financial software and Microsoft Office.
- A professional qualification in business management, finance, or a related field.
- Experience using school management information systems like SIMS or Arbor.
- Knowledge of education sector regulations and funding mechanisms.
