- Leading and implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) solutions.
- Overseeing requirements definition, design, and gap analysis for planning models and driver-based calculations.
- Leading application configuration, including forms, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
- Driving functional support for technical activities such as data integration, mapping, and automations.
- Facilitating solution validation workshops with key business stakeholders.
- Overseeing testing support, training delivery, post-go-live support, and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance.
- Strong functional experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (minimum two full project cycles preferred).
- Proven ability to manage on-time project delivery and client expectations, ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
- Hands-on design of calculation scripts, Groovy rules, allocations, and forecast scenarios.
- Experience building and optimising forms, dashboards, and reports in Smart View.
- Familiarity with Data Management for source system integrations.
- Knowledge of EPM Automate commands (REST APIs and Groovy scripting desirable).
- Experience working directly with Finance FP&A teams and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and supporting clients through patch testing.
- Able to manage multiple tasks across configuration, testing support, and client workshops.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
- Organised, self-motivated, and delivery-focused.
- Accountancy qualification or financial background.
- Exposure to other EPM Cloud modules such as FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or Tax Reporting.
- Experience migrating from Hyperion Planning to Oracle Cloud Planning.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Groovy scripting for automation and integration.
