Have you recently graduated from your Teaching Degree (BEd or PGCE)?Are you an Early Careers Teacher looking for your first Teaching position?Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are here to help you find the perfect position for you.We work closely with a number of Primary Schools in the Bristol area who are currently looking for ECTs to join their dynamic teams.There are opportunities for you to work in a variety of schools, from small village schools to large three form entry schools. We cover classes from Reception through to Year 6.The RoleLong-Term Teachers are currently seeking Early Career Teachers to join our team to support Primary Schools.We will listen to your preferences for your first role; year groups, location and support system in the school. We will support you to find the best opportunity for you, roles that can give you the chance to become a reflective and confident practitioner.You will be expected to:
  • Have positive behaviour management techniques.
  • Communicate clearly with staff members.
  • Work closely with the class Teaching Assistants to support individual children.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
  • Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements.
  • Have a creative and flexible mindset when adapting lessons.
