Position: Facilities ManagerLocation: London, EC4NDuration: PermanentSalary: From £45,000 to £50,000We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager for a high calibre client based in the EC4N area of London.This is a very prestigious site, owned by a very high calibre clientThe right person for this position will have already worked as a Facilities Manager in a multi story building. They need to have experience in dealing with high end clients that will have demanding needsThis site will already have its own engineers on site, as well as external contractors.This person needs to have a strong knowledge of health and safety on site.It would be a major advantage if this person can speak Chinese, but this is not essential for the positionRequirements

Experience as a Facilities Manager
Must have a track record in working on high calibre sites
It would be a major advantage if this person can speak Chinese
Experience dealing with internal and external engineers
Ability to be flexible with the working hours
Must be on site, no hybrid working

Package

Excellent basic salary

20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Monday to Friday position
