This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a background in electrical engineering to contribute to a significant project over approximately 12 months.Key Responsibilities:

Executing electrical installations and maintenance in compliance with industry standards
Performing initial verification and certification of electrical installations
Ensuring adherence to IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Collaborating with team members to meet project milestones
Maintaining safety standards and following site-specific procedures
Conducting routine inspections and testing of electrical systems
Reporting progress and any issues to the site supervisor

Job Requirements:

City & Guilds Level 3 Certification in Electrical Engineering
Level 3 Award in the Initial Verification and Certification of Electrical Installations
IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Qualification
CSCS or affiliated scheme card for the relevant trade
Experience in the nuclear sector, specifically NRS (Magnox) sites, preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Good communication skills

Contract Details:

Approximate duration: 12 months
Work schedule: 4-day week, 10-hour days
