Are you a senior commercial leader with a strong track record in IVD sales and team leadership? This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of European sales for a pioneering diagnostics company, leading a regional team and driving strategic growth across public and private healthcare sectors.This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving commercial success across Europe, managing a regional team, and building long-term partnerships across healthcare systems.
  • Lead and manage a regional sales team (currently 6), providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight.
  • Execute regional sales and marketing strategy, aligned with global objectives and KPIs.
  • Drive direct sales of IVD solutions into government bodies, NGOs (e.g. NHS), and private healthcare providers.
  • Develop and deliver on sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and account expansion.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with procurement leaders, ministries of health, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings across Europe.
  • Support pricing strategy and market positioning, ensuring competitiveness and sustainability.
  • Contribute to long-term regional planning, including team structure, resource allocation, and market development.

  • Proven experience in direct sales of In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) into public and private healthcare sectors.
  • Strong background in managing and developing sales teams, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare procurement processes, including government tenders and NGO partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale commercial operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with global health organisations or ministries of health is a strong advantage.
