- Site based for an initial 12-14 months, with options to extend for future opportunities
- Access to a team of reliable professional and ambitious technical Engineers, Subject Matter Experts who share the company's mission, vision and values
- Able to lead our work on sustainability and decarbonisation projects and use holistic analysis of existing and improving processes to determine the best solution for each Project.
- Act as a Project Delivery expert, managing each project plan to partner with clients on various solutions; from concept/feasibility through to detailed design and implementation.
- Experience working as a client-focused engineer, delivering on projects, typically within manufacturing facilities/factories and projects relating to utility plants and systems.
- Experience of modelling and implanting changes critical to site optimization
- Process design knowledge in checking and assisting preparation of flowsheets, PFDs, and P&IDs
- Propose additional value to each project where suitable and in fitting with our service provision
- Drive the continuous improvement process and mentoring of developing engineers within the organisation.
- Sets and upholds standards of operating excellence using the BMS and internal processes.

- HAZOPS – implementation knowledge; overseeing safety design reviews
- Interpretation of technical scopes, technical drawings, site design drawings.
- Project Management qualification (of relevance) in Engineering
- Credible, client-facing site experience
- Leadership/Supervisory experience to coach, manage and oversee outputs of our Project Engineers.
- Construction management – feasibility, risk, H&S, Construction Design Management REGS
- Autonomous, commercial profit and delivery focus, problem solving, guidance and planning with teams and alone
- Evidence of successful projects of similar size/value/budget & type
- Able to answer technical questions about utility plants and systems/manufacturing sites, improving efficiency of the plant and identifying opportunities for improvements
- Deeper knowledge of applied change implications and methods.
- Professional Engineer with a recognised institution preferred but not essential.
- Degree or higher in a relevant technical Engineering discipline.
- Highly PC Literate – MS office, MS Project plus other relevant softwares.
- Current Driving License and own vehicle.
- Project Management qualification and further mentoring or leadership experience
- Starter – Completer work ethic, accountable and able to lead with confidence.
