Interim Senior Finance Officer (Temporary)Location: LincolnSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annumBenjamin Edwards is recruiting for a temporary Senior Finance Officer to support our clients Head of Finance in a small, friendly finance team during a period of transition. This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable finance professional who can support the smooth running of the accounting functions.What’s on offer for the Senior Finance Officer

The role of the Senior Finance Officer
  • Responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis
  • Responsible for the processing of monthly payroll ensuring that the payroll accounts are reconciled and invoiced within agreed timetables
  • Responsible for the monthly administration and reconciliation of the company pension scheme
  • Responsible for reconciling control and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
  • Complete the quarterly VAT return
  • Support with the implementation of the new financial system
  • Support the Head of Finance with any ad hoc tasks
  • Assist with the production of the year end statutory accounts.
