- Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting related to facilities management.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules and service documentation.
- Contributing to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives within the building.
- Covering duties for the front-of-house staff occasionally as required.
- Experience in facilities management, preferably within the property industry.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for liaising with clients and contractors.
- Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
- A proactive approach to managing building systems and maintenance schedules.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in facilities management is advantageous.
