- managing and administering queries relating to the integrated management system
- updating and publishing documentation within SharePoint
- taking responsibility for communicating updates to the business through alerts and updates, using various software systems and databases
- maintaining up-to-date and effective document management for the quality management system
- playing an active role in facilitating the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Internal quality audit experience and a qualification/certificate in auditing.
- Good knowledge and an understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint, including any other systems that are needed to perform daily duties.
- Excellent administration and task coordination skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work under own guidance and initiative.
- Energy and enthusiasm to drive continuous improvement.
- The ability to write concise, accurate audit reports and identify appropriate, effective and achievable corrective and preventive action.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Document management experience.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, including editing and publishing.
- Awareness and knowledge of the Construction and Design Management Regulations 2015.
- Experience in second-party management system audits.
- The ability to carry out basic root cause analysis.
