Location: Newbury, South/South-West England
Employment Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30 (on a 1-in-3 rota)
- Perform vehicle servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
- Complete MOT testing in accordance with DVSA regulations.
- Work collaboratively within the service team and dealership processes.
- Liaise with customers professionally when needed.
- Support and mentor junior technicians.
- Attend ongoing technical training sessions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ qualifications.
- A valid MOT testing licence.
- Experience working within a franchised dealership environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- A customer-first mindset and strong teamwork ethic.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
