- A quality-focused approach to achieving positive outcomes for individuals and the council.
- Confidence in decision-making, using sound judgment and experience.
- Proven ability to support staff in managing complex, high-risk cases.
- A commitment to ensuring adult care perspectives are considered in joint decision-making.
