Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 P/A + £7,500 car allowance

We're working with a leading infrastructure contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their delivery team. The ideal Site Agent with a strong background in working on civil urban realm projects involving drainage, embedded track and RC works.As the Site Agent, you'll manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered to the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards. Working closely with the Project Manager, to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and defect-free
  • Support production of project plans, RAMS, ITPs, waste plans, and procurement schedules
  • Maintain site records, CVRs, and accurate reporting
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and drive commercial performance
  • Act as a professional representative to clients, public, and stakeholders
About You:
  • Proven experience as Site Agent on civil engineering projects, ideally rail urban realm or int-city.
  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete, drainage, embedded track, or structural works.
  • Strong cost control and procurement skills
  • Experience liaising with clients and leading multi-discipline teams
  • Understanding of CDM regulations, design management, and risk management
  • Valid CSCS and SMSTS cert.
