The role includes both technical inspections and project management responsibilities, offering exposure to dilapidations, compliance, refurbishment and new-build work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking career development within a consultancy environment.Key responsibilities:Conducting building surveys, condition surveys and defect analysisPreparing schedules of condition, dilapidations and maintenance reportsActing as contract administrator on refurbishment and new-build projectsAdvising on building pathology, compliance and statutory obligationsProviding professional consultancy support to clients across multiple sectorsREQUIREMENTSMRICS qualified, or on the pathway to chartershipStrong consultancy-side building surveying experienceExcellent technical knowledge and report writing skillsStrong communication and client-facing abilityREWARDS AND BENEFITS
