Working as a part of the team you will account manage the clients recruitment requirements and deliver a high-quality service.As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be given full training and development from true experts and work as an integral part of the team.A temporary recruitment consultant works at pace filling roles, often same day.Each day you will ‘spin several plates’ and be expected to be well organised, capable of multi-tasking and able to ‘think on your feet’.Once you are inducted your role will include:
  • Full end to end management of the candidate process
  • Candidate generation and conducting assessments
  • Candidate care
  • Taking client briefs and delivery on the roles
  • Meeting with the clients
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • All admin duties that support the above
