This role offers the chance to work with substantial budgets while driving revenue, ROAS, traffic and conversions across multiple established consumer brands.Strategic Campaign Management
- Develop and manage comprehensive paid media strategies focused on driving core KPIs (revenue, ROAS, traffic, conversions) across multiple ecommerce websites
- Own the planning, execution and optimisation of high-converting campaigns across all major paid channels
- Take responsibility for six-figure annual paid media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI delivery
- Paid Search: Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns with advanced bid strategies and performance optimisation
- Paid Social: Execute campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive targeted acquisition
- Shopping & Display: Optimise Performance Max, Display campaigns, and Dynamic Product Ads for maximum visibility
- Remarketing: Develop sophisticated retargeting strategies across multiple touchpoints and channels
- Monitor campaigns using SA360, GA4, and Power BI to identify performance optimisation opportunities
- Conduct daily deep-dive analysis into paid media activity, identifying key performance drivers and underperformance areas
- Use advanced analytics to diagnose issues, track metrics, and recommend strategic improvements
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates
- Provide monthly insights and strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership Team
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns profitably while maintaining efficiency targets
- Present complex performance data in clear, actionable formats for internal teams and senior management
- Stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, and emerging channels to drive innovation
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their paid media capabilities
- Share knowledge and best practices to elevate the overall team performance
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and documentation
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media management across search and social platforms with proven ecommerce growth results
- Deep expertise in SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, Performance Max, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms including GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Power BI
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and translate into strategic decisions
- Google Ads certifications and Google Partners Scheme participation highly desirable
- Experience managing substantial budgets (six-figure annual spend) with proven ROI delivery
- Advanced knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and performance measurement
- Proficiency in bid strategy optimisation and budget pacing across multiple channels
- Ownership of significant paid media budgets with direct impact on business growth
