- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the company to enable a high-performance culture and effective leadership
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives
- Provide guidance on ER issues. Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters, to mitigate risk appropriately
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver key projects across DEI, wellbeing and engagement.
- Coach and influence managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting them through cyclical activities including performance calibration, compensation and recruitment decisions
- Support the recruitment processes to ensure the right hires are made in a timely and fair manner.
- Partner with key stakeholders to foster a culture of trust and transparency.
- Guide managers through complex employees’ challenges, including performance, restructuring, or operating model transformation
- Lead initiatives to improve change management and team effectiveness
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- CIPD or role related qualification is desirable
- Experience of working in financial services or professional services
- Demonstrable experience of working multiple client groups and stakeholders at ExCo level
- Has managed full employee lifecycle with typical HR cyclical activities
