- Managing interview logistics with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors, demonstrating strong attention to detail and effectively addressing operational and scheduling challenges. Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties throughout the process
- Communicating with candidates via email and telephone to organise interview preparation calls, confirming interview logistics and reaching out as required throughout the recruiting process
- Organising operationally-required meetings (discovery, intake, calibration and others) with hiring managers and other stakeholders, producing agendas and meeting summary notes
- Providing other administrative support during the recruiting life-cycle as needed. Including but not limited to job description administration, the production of candidate trackers, HireVue creation and administration, and others
- Producing Behavioral Based Interview (BBI) proposals in collaboration with BSR colleagues and distributing them to relevant stakeholders
- Possess well-developed, professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
- Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
- Experience in recruiting or in and administrative role, preferably
- Experience in global process coordination, preferably
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
