Start Date: ASAPThe Role:As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will be working in a specialist setting within Redbridge, supporting students with a variety of complex needs including autism, physical disabilities, and medical conditions. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality support tailored to each child's individual education plan.
