Join our GP client’s team as a Prescribing Pharmacist and contribute to improving patient outcomes in primary care. In this role, you will:Conduct structured medication reviewsProvide prescribing support and adviceSupport patient triage processes as requiredCollaborate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to optimise careMaintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standardsRequirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:An active Independent Prescriber qualificationProven experience in a GP surgery or primary care settingCompetence in medication reviews and triagingStrong clinical and communication skillsEMIS experience (preferred)Working Hours & Contract Duration:
