We’re looking for a Sustainability Design Consultant to join our growing team of experts who are committed to delivering innovative, low-carbon, and high-performance solutions across the built environment.About the RoleAs a Sustainability Design Consultant, you’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to embed sustainability at the heart of building design. You’ll contribute to a wide range of projects—from commercial developments and education campuses to healthcare facilities and residential schemes—helping to deliver measurable environmental and social value.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support sustainability strategies across all RIBA stages of design.
- Deliver environmental assessments (e.g. BREEAM, WELL, LEED, HQM).
- Provide guidance on net zero carbon, circular economy, and climate resilience.
- Conduct energy modelling and performance analysis using tools such as IES VE or DesignBuilder.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability into MEP and architectural design.
- Stay up to date with evolving legislation, policy, and best practice.
- A degree in sustainability, environmental design, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in delivering sustainability consultancy within the built environment.
- Working knowledge of environmental assessment methods and building performance tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
