We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commando Joe’s Instructor to join our team in Romford. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you’ll deliver exciting sessions to children and young people in schools, helping them grow in confidence, resilience, and character.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured Commando Joe’s programmes to pupils of all ages.Encourage teamwork, communication, and leadership through fun, physical, and character-building activities.Work closely with school staff to support pupils’ development and wellbeing.Act as a positive role model, motivating and inspiring young people.Ensure sessions are safe, inclusive, and engaging for all.What We’re Looking ForA passion for working with children and young people.Confidence in leading groups and delivering engaging activities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A background in education, youth work, sports coaching, or the armed forces is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.Energetic, adaptable, and able to motivate and inspire.BenefitsFull training and ongoing professional development.The chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.Competitive salary (dependent on experience).Opportunities for progression within a growing organisation.
