We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly teaching Practice.We pride ourselves on delivering high quality holistic care to our patient population. We are looking for a forward thinking experienced Practice Nurse who has the qualifications and/or experience to support our patients with long term health conditions including CHD, Asthma, COPD and Diabetes, and be comfortable with the ever changing day to day world of General Practice.Main duties of the jobThe successful applicant will have the experience and qualification to advise patients in health prevention, carrying out screening and early management of long term health conditions.The successful candidate will must:Be a certified Registered NurseHave a current registration with the NMCBe registered with the relevant professional bodyHave experience in a range of nursing clinical skillsAbout usGreat Ayton Health Centre is a CQC rated good Practice providing medical services in the village of Great Ayton and surrounding areas.
